Compassion Focused Therapy Group

Are you ever unkind to yourself? Is your internal voice critical and negative about yourself? Maybe your inner critic makes you feel shame and embarrassment.
You are not alone.
Many of us feel self-critical. Sometimes this stops us from doing things we want to do, it lowers our self-confidence, lowers our mood, increases worry or makes us feel guilty for things that are not our fault.
These feelings may prevent you from living the life you want.
I will be hosting a weekly Compassion Focused Therapy group in person, in St. Helens (Merseyside), and online to help you to explore these feelings and self-critical beliefs. The group will help you to be more compassionate towards yourself which can help improve your mental and emotional health.
